Relational Agility- From fixing to flowing

AUDIO ATTACHED BELOW: So many of us mean well in our relationships, trying hard to do what is right and be a force for good. Unwittingly, our relational outlook or mindset can sabotage even our best efforts, leaving us demoralized and exhausted. Having a relational stance that can ebb and flow through life helps enormously versus a stance that needs certain outcomes or is rigid in expectations and standards. If we are willing, relationships can be among our best teachers, helping us remain in our center and having staying power through the inevitable twists and turns of love.
